How do you report progress on commercial construction projects?
We provide weekly written progress reports against the agreed programme on every commercial construction project we deliver across the North East. Each report covers work completed in the previous week, work planned for the coming week, any issues or risks to the programme and any decisions required from the client or design team. We also maintain an action log and a risk register throughout the project so nothing falls through the gaps between weekly reports. Our project managers are available by phone and email throughout the project and we hold regular site meetings with the client or their representative as required.
Do you work across all commercial sectors?
es. We carry out commercial construction works across a wide range of sectors throughout the North East including offices, retail, hospitality, healthcare, industrial and warehousing premises. Each sector has different operational constraints and compliance requirements and we plan our approach around the specific needs of the building and the business operating within it. We are experienced in working in live trading environments, occupied offices, clinical settings and industrial facilities and understand the different requirements each sector demands from a construction contractor.
Do you carry out commercial plastering and drylining?
Yes. Commercial plastering and drylining is a core part of our construction and refurbishment offering across the North East. We carry out dot and dab boarding, metal stud partitioning, drylining systems and skim plastering to walls and ceilings across commercial buildings of all types and sizes. All plastering and drylining work is carried out by our qualified tradespeople and finished to a standard ready for decoration or tiling on completion.
Do you carry out commercial flooring installation?
Yes. We install a wide range of commercial floor finishes across the North East including vinyl and LVT flooring, carpet tiles, ceramic and porcelain tiling, resin flooring and screeded floors. Floor finishes are selected and installed to suit the specific use of the space, whether that is a high traffic retail environment, a clinical setting requiring seamless and hygienic finishes or an office space requiring acoustic underlay and carpet tiles. We coordinate flooring installation within the wider construction programme to make sure the floor is laid at the right stage and protected until handover.
Do you carry out commercial window and door installations?

Yes. We supply and install commercial windows, doors and curtain walling systems across the North East as part of our wider construction and refurbishment offering. This includes aluminium and steel framed commercial windows, fire rated and acoustic doors, shopfront systems and access controlled entrance solutions. All window and door installations are carried out to current building regulations and fully certified on completion. We work with commercial glazing suppliers across the North East to source the right product for each project and coordinate the installation within the wider construction programme.
