Marc, Dean & their team did an amazing job for us doing a full renovation in our new Plumbing, Heating & Bathroom Showroom at Joseph Parr. Everything exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend MDS NE to anyone looking for everything from general building work, to plumbing & heating work, even to bigger construction projects. Marc and Dean fitted a complete replacement bathroom with walk in wet room shower and a new central heating boiler with replacement pipe work to radiators. Nine years later such was the exceptional work that the bathroom looks like it was fitted yesterday and the boiler still has a high function rating on annual maintenance. Highly recommended for 1st class workmanship

Marc, Dean and their team were amazing. We needed to have the full bathroom redone due to a leak. They were excellent and helpful throughout the entire process.

We needed it all gutted including new floorboards, plastering, lights and ceiling. Any issues that arose they sorted out very effortlessly and quickly. The bathroom now looks amazing, and so grateful for their help.

Would highly recommend this team as they are very friendly and reliable

Delighted with our new bathroom and we couldn't have had a better team completing the work!

Marc and the team were very professional, always prompt and would always clean up thoroughly, and by the end of the project, they left our house (stairs and landing) cleaner than they found it!

Where we were unsure on the best way to go about certain aspects of the renovations, they were good at offering advice. They were also great conversation too, which helps when having a people in your house for an extend period!

It was sheer luck that we ended up with MDS in the first place, but I would always recommend them and them only to friends and family, and would absoultely have them back to complete future work!

Thank you, Marc and team!

Marc & the team at MDS have finished our new kitchen. Got to say, from beginning to end it’s been a 5* service. From drafting the initial plans, organising the teams of first class, builders, electricians, heating engineers, kitchen fitters & Joiners, the job was completed on time, everyone working on the project were so professional & highly skilled. Just superb & the finished kitchen has blown us away. Highly recommended company.

What can I say about MDS NE and Marc, Dean and the whole team, other than that they are highly skilled, professional and genuinely lovely people to have working in your home?

Over the last few years they have project managed three major renovations for us. They completely refurbished our ensuite and family bathrooms and then transformed our kitchen, including removing a wall to create a much larger space, carrying out all the plumbing and electrical work, and installing our new kitchen and cabinetry.

Having people work in your home and investing a significant amount of money in renovations can feel quite daunting. From our very first meeting, Marc and Dean made the whole process straightforward and enjoyable. They took the time to understand what we wanted, talked us through different options, were honest about what was possible and what was not, and offered practical solutions based on their experience.

Their communication was excellent throughout. The quotation was clear, pricing was transparent, and the payment schedule was easy to understand. We always knew where we were with the project.

What really sets MDS Construction apart is the team they work with. Every tradesperson who came into our home was friendly, respectful, skilled and took real pride in their work. Over the course of our projects we got to know everyone well, and they were an absolute pleasure to have around.

In fact, for both our second bathroom refurbishment and our kitchen renovation, we arranged for the work to be carried out while we were away on holiday. We had absolutely no hesitation in leaving the team with keys to our home and complete trust to get on with the job. That says everything about the confidence we have in them.

The quality of the workmanship has been outstanding, and we are delighted with the finished results. We would not hesitate to recommend Mark, Dean and everyone at MDS Construction to anyone looking for a trustworthy, experienced and highly professional building company. They are a pleasure to work with and we would happily use them again for any future projects.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We recently had a lower floor extension and a complete kitchen fitting carried out by MDSNE, and we couldn't be happier with the results.
MDSNE took the time to understand exactly what we wanted, offered helpful advice, and kept us informed throughout every stage of the project. Their communication was excellent, and nothing was ever too much trouble.
The quality of workmanship is outstanding. Every detail of the extension and kitchen installation has been finished to an exceptionally high standard, and it's clear that they take real pride in their work. The end result has completely exceeded our expectations.
One of the things we appreciated most was how reliable and organised the team was. They arrived when they said they would, kept the project moving efficiently, coordinated all the different trades seamlessly, and were completely transparent about costs. There were no hidden surprises, and any questions we had were answered quickly and honestly.
The team was courteous, respectful of our home, and kept the site as clean and tidy as possible throughout the build, making what could have been a stressful project a very positive experience.
Dean and Marc's attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction really set MDSNE apart. It's refreshing to find tradesmen who genuinely care about the quality of their work and ensuring their customers are happy with the finished result.
We would have no hesitation in recommending MDSNE to anyone considering an extension, renovation, or kitchen installation. If you're looking for skilled, trustworthy, and reliable tradesmen who deliver exceptional results, look no further. We are absolutely delighted with our new extension and kitchen and wouldn't hesitate to use MDSNE again in the future.
