Marc, Dean & their team did an amazing job for us doing a full renovation in our new Plumbing, Heating & Bathroom Showroom at Joseph Parr. Everything exceeded our expectations. Marc and Dean fitted a complete replacement bathroom with walk in wet room shower and a new central heating boiler with replacement pipe work to radiators. Nine years later such was the exceptional work that the bathroom looks like it was fitted yesterday and the boiler still has a high function rating on annual maintenance. Marc, Dean and their team were amazing. We needed to have the full bathroom redone due to a leak. They were excellent and helpful throughout the entire process.

We needed it all gutted including new floorboards, plastering, lights and ceiling. Any issues that arose they sorted out very effortlessly and quickly. The bathroom now looks amazing, and so grateful for their help.

Delighted with our new bathroom and we couldn't have had a better team completing the work!

Marc and the team were very professional, always prompt and would always clean up thoroughly, and by the end of the project, they left our house (stairs and landing) cleaner than they found it!

Where we were unsure on the best way to go about certain aspects of the renovations, they were good at offering advice. They were also great conversation too, which helps when having a people in your house for an extend period!

It was sheer luck that we ended up with MDS in the first place, but I would always recommend them and them only to friends and family, and would absoultely have them back to complete future work!

What can I say about MDS NE and Marc, Dean and the whole team, other than that they are highly skilled, professional and genuinely lovely people to have working in your home?

Over the last few years they have project managed three major renovations for us. They completely refurbished our ensuite and family bathrooms and then transformed our kitchen, including removing a wall to create a much larger space, carrying out all the plumbing and electrical work, and installing our new kitchen and cabinetry.

Having people work in your home and investing a significant amount of money in renovations can feel quite daunting. From our very first meeting, Marc and Dean made the whole process straightforward and enjoyable. They took the time to understand what we wanted, talked us through different options, were honest about what was possible and what was not, and offered practical solutions based on their experience.

Their communication was excellent throughout. The quotation was clear, pricing was transparent, and the payment schedule was easy to understand. We always knew where we were with the project.

What really sets MDS Construction apart is the team they work with. Every tradesperson who came into our home was friendly, respectful, skilled and took real pride in their work. Over the course of our projects we got to know everyone well, and they were an absolute pleasure to have around.

We recently had a lower floor extension and a complete kitchen fitting carried out by MDSNE, and we couldn't be happier with the results.
